Virtual Events Platform

[Redacted], a global technology disruptor whose reach extends to 70% of the world’s population, faced a major challenge during the pandemic: how to deliver their most important annual internal event virtually. Working closely with their team, we designed and built a bespoke platform from the ground up to replicate the energy, engagement and networking of an in-person experience.

My role was to create a 3D virtual environment using Three.js and React, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems for user authentication, live streaming and real-time interaction. The platform featured customizable profiles, interactive booths, and networking lounges, providing an immersive experience that kept attendees engaged throughout the event.
